• Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, product managers, quality, and engineering teams to deliver coordinated customer support.

• Proven experience in a technical sales, applications, or field sales engineering role, ideally within electronic components and high-reliability markets.
• Demonstrable background and strong technical understanding of electronic and/or electromechanical components.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working autonomously.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support pricing, negotiation, and opportunity conversion.
• Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Experience selling into defence, aerospace, space, rail, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with qualification standards, approvals, or harsh-environment applications.
